It is not allowed to copy "The Secret Stones" or parts, pictures and content of this website.
Violators will be prosecuted.
After payment, usually the stones are shipped within 4 office days. Exceptions are hollidays and vacation, in wich case you will be informed. Due to the high demand shipping may take a few days more at this moment.
You can pay by bank transfer or by Paypal. If you want to use Paypal you need to pay an extra 1 Euro because of the Paypal fees. Payment instructions will be in the email you receive from secretstone@koopjeshulp.nl after completing your order. You can also use this adres to contact us.
Use your unique order-id for each payment.
Minimum order is 2 stones in total.
Due to the nature of this gift there will be no charge for worldwide shipment. Because of the high shipment costs we make for you, (the weight of a stone is about 30 gram) returning the stones is not possible.
We are not responsible for any damage occured during transport. We make sure the Secret Stones are in the best condition possible before shipped.
It is very important to provide us with the right shipping- and emailadress!
You can check your information in the confirmation mail, if you filled out the wrong info, please contact us asap at secretstone@koopjeshulp.nl.
If your order is shipped to a wrong adress due to the fact you provided us with the wrong information, there wil be no refund.
